 Plant overhaul of

In our workshop in Langenfeld (near Düsseldorf + Cologne) we overhaul used machines for sales and also for customer service. For this we dismantle the machine completely and analyse the needs for a high quality overhaul of this. After inspection and replacing wear parts we assemble the machine completely and (if ordered / offered) we make a final painting on this machine.

Finally the machine has to pass a final acceptance control. Also the machine has to show not only a mechanical quality. Also the accuracy of metrological relevance and a test according the standard is part of the final acceptance test.

For this job we grant with 6 month full warranty and with our after sales service and team.

You need a fixed price?
After receiving control we grant this overhaul for a reasonable fixed price. A plant overhaul can be carried out within 1 or 2 weeks (hardness testers) after fixing an appointment.

To simplify the process we recommend following procedure:

·       Delivery of the machine by forwarder on palette

·       receiving control an inspection

·       preparing and offering the overhaul for a fix price

·       order from the customer with the offered equipment and spare parts

·       overhaul the machine within a fixed time

·       delivery of the machine by our technician including setup, calibration

·       If required we can extend the delivery and calibration to DKD calibration
