Because of using conventional PC technique (also as virtual display of
angle + used energy) this system is the inexpensive modernisation
available on the market for impact testers.
This system supports the impact tests without reading the values from
analogue pointer. The results will be collected as fast as you are
performing the tests.
If you are adjusting to “automatic storing” there will be no
interruption in testing: Make hundreds of tests and see the test later
on.
At the axis of the impact pendulum our technician will mount an
incremental angle gauge. To stay inside of the standards the resolution
is 3600 increments per 360°. (resolution 0.1°). Additional a 4 time
interpolation will increase the resolution additional.
With
external counter electronic box with micro controller the counted values
will be interfaced to a PC software. The results are stored faster than
you are able to perform tests. The only limit is to feed the 3 fields
with specimen no. and additional info of the specimen. 
Software: The included software program evaluates the measured values
(increments) and calculates the energy and resilience. The results will
be stored into a database and can be found easily by filtering and
marking for print out. Parallel in internal storing the archiving of the
results works as export to a txt-file: Called Daten.asc
The certificate is conform to the standards and contends specimen shape,
dimensions and results. Additional you may fill in 10 header for
information’s about the specimens (field name free to change) into this
fields you may enter additional information’s like Charge, material,
item no, test engineer, specimen position inside material and other.
Specific feature: You may adjust the software to full automatic mode not
to be interrupted while perform impact tests:
